Chef Pasquale and his team gave us an unforgettable evening for my brother's 50th birthday celebration. First of all, the food was beyond amazing and the number and variety of courses was more than I had hoped for - but what really blew me away was Chef Pasquale himself. He was absolutely wonderful to partner with in throwing our intimate family celebration. He took the time to understand the specifics of our event, my family and the hosting environment and was able to cater the menu and customize his service specifically to our needs. He was responsive, gracious, friendly, creative and professional every step of the way. He made the food and the atmosphere beyond enjoyable for everyone in our party from the youngest child to the grandparents. If you are looking for a private chef experience with delicious food and amazing service beginning to end, Chef Pasquale delivers it all.

Chef Pasquale and his team did such an incredible job for my mom's birthday dinner. We all could not believe how much food there was, it felt like unlimited courses coming at us and every new item was better than the last. I would highly recommend Chef Pasquale Di Diana’s private chef experiences. He curated a meal for my wife and me that spanned his RNB dishes, incorporated French and Greek dishes and beyond - this was by request to curate a menu that evoked specific cuisine of our favorite vacations from 15 years of memories together. Chef took the suggested progression and designed an eight course menu (including multiple dishes in two of the courses) that told the story of our relationship through food. Chef advised me on wine pairings and prepared dishes for my two children on top of everything else. I felt that he put his heart and soul into the preparation and the experience transcended the high quality of the food. It was an unforgettable experience only made possible by the Chef’s passion to design, prepare, cook and serve a wonderful meal.

Chef Pasquale and his team hosted our Christmas dinner, and it was outstanding. From the appetizers to the pasta, fish, prime rib, sides, and dessert, every dish was delicious and beautifully prepared. The food was excellent. Chef Pasquale was charming and engaging. His team was also attentive and helpful throughout the evening. I highly recommend.

The jumbo lump crab cakes with pesto aioli were equally divine, with tender, flavorful crab and a perfectly crafted aioli that elevated every bite. The main course was equally exceptional—not only delicious but you could truly taste the passion and love Chef Pasquale poured into every ingredient. The homemade pasta was, without a doubt, the best I've ever had—perfectly tender with a rich, flavorful sauce that was simply to die for. The steak was cooked to perfection, one of the finest I've ever tasted, and the desserts were an unexpected treat, capping off a romantic Valentine's Day dinner in the most delightful way. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service and warmth provided by Chef Pasquale and his partner. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt pampered and cared for, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I couldn’t recommend Chef Pasquale Di Diana more highly.
